Reduce Stress with Reiki

Stress is commonly recognized as a major contributor to many illnesses. What can people do to take charge of their health through a reduction of stress? Reiki is one healing modality that has an extremely calming effect, filling the recipient with a sense of inner peace and serenity that reduces stress. Experiencing reiki can help release energy blocks, which allows the body to connect to its own ability to heal.
