Bridge Healing Arts Center Gets Cooking with New Vegetarian Chef

The monthly meet-and-greet open house events at the new Bridge Healing Arts Center (BHAC) in Farmington have quickly become the hottest gathering of holistic practitioners in the state. On March 23, more than 30 professionals came to check out the 20,000-square-foot complex and find a new home for their practice.

Jeanne Tennis, owner of the macrobiotic chef service The Key to Balance, is the latest to sign on and become part of the close-knit community. The macrobiotic diet enhances health and promotes longevity. Predominantly vegetarian, it's focused on whole grains, legumes and vegetables.

“We are thrilled to have such a talented chef set up shop in our spacious, full-functioning kitchen,” said Yisroel Rabinowitz, owner of Universal Enterprise LLC and founder of BHAC. “Jeanne will be offering cooking classes and serving delicious healthy meals for our tenants and their clients to enjoy.”

The next Open House will be held on Thursday, May 18, from 4 to 7 p.m.

Bridge Healing Arts Center is Connecticut’s first synergistic holistic health center located in the beautiful Farmington Valley. Leased and managed by Universal Enterprise LLC.
